How this district estimate was constructed
The estimate starts with direct ZIP/ZCTA evidence and the governed 2025 ZIP-to-Texas-legislative-district crosswalk. When a ZIP overlaps more than one district, additive ZIP-level values are multiplied by area_ratio, the share of that ZIP's geographic area inside the district, and then summed. District ratios are recomputed from those allocated components rather than averaging ZIP-level ratios.
| Leading ZIPs | Share of that ZIP's area inside district |
|---|---|
| 75904 | 100.0% |
| 77657 | 100.0% |
| 75932 | 100.0% |
| 75803 | 100.0% |
| 75937 | 100.0% |
| 75929 | 100.0% |
| 77625 | 100.0% |
| 75966 | 100.0% |
